I'm Annika- a wife, worshipper, mother, artist proud Gryffindor, Disney fan, foodie and unapologetically sarcastic romantic. Born and raised in Orange County, I've spent most of my creative life working with women and families, first through makeup artistry and now behind the camera.
Photography became the place where everything I love came together: people, art and the little moments that make a family their own. I'm drawn to rich color, beautiful light and genuine connection- and I want your photographs to feel every bit as good as they look.

001. it should actually be fun
Family photos don't need to feel like an hour of trying to make everyone behave. I'll keep things moving, read the room and give your family space to laugh, play and be yourselves- while making sure we create the stunning portraits you came for.
002. you'll never wonder what to do
I will guide you into flattering light, fix the stray hair, smooth the dress and tell you exactly what to do when you need direction. Then I'll give you enough space for the real moments to happen. You don't need to know how to pose- that's my job.
003. The whole story
You'll have the portraits where everyone looks incredible, but i'll also be watching for everything in between-the laugh you didn't expect, the way your child reaches for you, the sibling chaos and the quiet moments you might have missed. Together, those images tell the story.
Jesus is the center of everything I do, and He is the reason I am able to pursue this passion. Before each session, I pray for a joyful experience filled with smiles and meaningful moments. When I arrive, I’m always prepared to work with enthusiasm, patience, and a commitment to making the session as enjoyable as possible — including waiting for that perfect toddler smile!
I feel truly blessed to make a living creating art through photography, especially given my humble beginnings (I actually failed photography in high school!). But it is through His guidance that I’m able to find inspiration and a creative eye for capturing moments of magic. There are times when I’m in awe of the beauty I’m able to preserve through my lens. “Blessed beyond measure” doesn’t even begin to describe it.
